Reservations

All studio rental charges are payable at the time of the reservation using PNWAL’s online reservation system.

Cancellation/change policy

If Artist needs to cancel a reservation, they must do so at least two business days before the reservation date. Rental payments are non-refundable, even for canceled appointments. If canceled more than two business days before the reservation date, the artist may apply their payment to reserve an available date within one year. If canceled within two business days before the reservation, PNWAL will not be able to return the rental fee.

PNWAL has the right to cancel or reschedule a client's appointment if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Transfers

Artist may transfer the reservation to another Artist one time per calendar year. 

Auto-renewals

It is the client’s responsibility to cancel or opt-out of auto-renewal for packages and memberships.

Products

All product sales can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase or store credit can be issued to be used to purchase a different product or service. Original order must be returned unused. No Refunds available only store credit or exchanges.

If a product is faulty please let us know asap and we will replace it with a new one.

Check-in & Studio Conduct

Upon arrival for a reservation, artists will check in with their phone and/or on studio check-in equipment. Rental time begins promptly at the starting time and ends promptly at the ending time. Please reserve sufficient time to complete your work. 

Artist agrees to treat the space respectfully. Please confine emotions to the canvas. Do not bring your own art materials or take any used or unused PNWAL art materials.

No smoking whatsoever inside or within 30 feet of any entrance.

Maximum occupancy at this time is 10 guests not including staff.

No animals allowed other than service animals.

Any models must be of legal age.

No other hazardous materials (except approved art supplies) are permitted.

Storage

Artist may leave art to dry at PNWAL. Unless otherwise agreed, PNWAL will store art for up to 30 days. Art left longer than that will be deemed a donation to PNWAL. 

Limited License

Artist agrees that PNWAL may use digital images that include all or part of an Artist’s creative work produced at the studio (“Artist’s work”) for its own marketing purposes. Artist grants PNWAL a nonexclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable license to display or reproduce in digital form copies of the Artists work, on PNWAL marketing materials, which may include, without limitation, posts on social media, print or digital ads, or PNWAL’s website.  Please notify PNWAL if you do not consent to allow your work to be used for this purpose. 

Limitation of Liability

Use of PNWAL’s studio and equipment is at Artist’s own risk. Artist hereby waives rights to seek legal redress for mishaps, accidents, any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to Artist, anyone in their party or any of their possessions. Artists are solely responsible for any legal infractions they or members of their party make during the rental. Renter agrees to hold harmless PNWAL, and its owner, agents, representatives, and contractors acting on its behalf, for any loss, accident, or injury to Artist self or anyone who accompanies Artist while on PNWAL premises, and indemnify same from any action suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the rental for any incident arising during the rental.  

Miscellaneous

The law of Washington State governs this agreement. PNWAL uses security cameras on site. CCTV footage will be deleted at regular intervals and not disclosed or used for any public purpose without a court order.
